Relax and enjoy the private and unique atmosphere of a deluxe home with 5 star services. The beautiful sunrise and sunset will satisfy you. You can swim in the crystal clear sea below, sunbath on the golden sandy beaches nearby, stare at the fabulous views, experience the absolute holiday!

Interior design:

Each Seaview Villa includes private pool, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, guest WC, and hall/entrance. Seaview Villas Chania are designed and furnished separately - and the interior design changes depending on season. This means that if you choose to stay in one of Divine villas, the look may be different from last time. Many of the products you see in the villas are from the Danish design brands Herstal and Juna - the owners’ origin. The rooms are wide and comfortably furnished with elegant simplicity.

In the evening you will experience a pleasant atmosphere both in and around the divine villas. Although they are isolated in an exclusive little enclave, the outdoor lightning creates harmony between the villas, making the area a lovely spot to go for a walk in the evening. You private pool will be lit at night, perhaps enticing you for an evening swim where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the island of Crete. Each villa is heated by solar power in an eco and environmentally friendly manner. Each with a nice garden and swimming pool giving you privacy and a memorable setting to relax and unwind.

Location

Seaview Villas Chania are located a few hundred meters north-west of Tersanas, with its local beach and waterfront taverna. If you drive for a few minutes you will meet the popular sandy beaches Kalathas, Stavros, Marathi and Loutraki.

While some areas of the Akrotiri coast are cliffs, there are many beautiful beaches: Stavros, where the movie Zorba was filmed, Kalathas, Tersanas and Marathi. Most of the beaches are well protected by bays and unaffected by the meltemia, or northern summer winds.

Well kept and clean, the beaches win the award European Blue Flag annually. A number of good hotels are located on the stretch from Kalathas to Stavros, though the quiet, peaceful area bears little evidence of traditional tourism.

Macherida beach: Rocky bay with fantastic views and a cozy beach just a 10 minute walk from your house. Great for exploring the sea while not driving away from the villa.

Tersanas Beach: A small sand beach surrounds the bay - here you will find sun beds for rent along with a small tavern with necessaries’ for the whole family.

Stavros Beach: It is a great family beach. Very well organized with a beach bar and restaurant, with coffee, ice-dream, fresh fish and local goodies within reach.

Kalathas Beach: Kalathas beach in Chania is a fantastic sandy beach, perfect for families with kids, crystal waters and awarded with European Blue Flag.

Akrotiri (the Cape) is the common name of the peninsula that lies 10km to the north-east of the city of Chania and north of Souda Bay and administratively constitutes the Municipality of Akrotiri of the county of Kydonia of the prefecture of Chania. Akrotiri is only ten to twenty minutes by car from Chania. With its picturesque Venetian harbor and charming historical town, Chania, it is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in Greece.

Enjoyable stay in a very comfortable private villa, close to very nice spots

Superb villa with modern design and magnificent views. The interior is fantastic and it combines luxury and comfort. I have visited many vip villas in the past and this was the best villa for sure. We will try to come back :)

The perfect Holiday

Everything was amazing! The Villa, the View, the Staff, the Equipment! Divine Villas is the best place to spend your Holiday! The rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is very stylish, the furniture is awesome! This is a little place of heaven on earth!

A Divine Villa...

What a fab place. Divine Villa is stunning with amazing views over the bay. The set up of the villa was perfect for our 2 families (8 people). We have more than enough space inside the villa. The pool was very spacious and outdoor space was great. We used both the outdoor table for foor and outdoor seating area for drinking at night under the stars! You will need a car. We couldn't walk to any restaurants but they are close enough to drive in 5-10 minutes. The tennis court is excellent and in great condition - they also have balls and bats if you don't want to pack your own! The cleaners were friendly and cleaned well every other day. The property manager gave us a short tour of the local area to show us where the local beaches and restaurants are - she was amazing!!! We would without question return to this villa.

Perfect Vacation

We were very happy with our stay at your villa. The hostess/ manager of the villa was very helpful and friendly. The villa was clean, very beautiful and the surroundings were very peaceful.

This was the first time that we made use of the unique villas website. We surely will make use of it again when we go back to Greece. It will probably be one of the other islands.

Amazing villa in Crete

This is a wonderful villa that combines the best of Crete and Scandinavian style. We had a wonderful view overlooking the sea. The light flooded the villa and overall both the outside and inside space were incredibly comfortable. The villa was spotless

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We booked Divine villa for a family get together. Ages ranged from 2 to 88 and we all had a fabulous time! The villa is gorgeous with stunning views and is beautifully finished. A short distance away is Tersanas beach with gently sloping sand which was ideal for young and old. The tersanas taverna served excellent Greek food. A beautiful unspoiled part of Crete in amazing villa and we can’t wait to return!
